Parish Staff
Fr. Kyle Schnippel

Pastor

A native of Botkins, Ohio, in the northern reaches of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Fr. Kyle Schnippel is one of six children of Sharon and Tom Schnippel. After high school, he enrolled at the Ohio State University, but a chance encounter at the Catholic Newman Center helped him to recognize a call to the priesthood, so after just a year at OSU, he enrolled at the Pontifical College Josephinum to begin studies toward the priesthood. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he enrolled at Mount St. Mary's Seminary of the West here in Cincinnati and was ordained to the priesthood in May of 2004. His first assignment was at Elder High School and Our Lady of the Visitation, but after just two years he was assigned as the Director of Vocations for the Archdiocese, a position held for eight years. In May of 2014, he was assigned to St. John Neumann and has truly enjoyed his time as a parish priest!

Becky Albrinck

Pastoral Associate/Youth Ministry

It is exciting that the Lord has led me back to St. John Neumann, since
it is a place that holds so many positive spiritual memories for me.
My husband, Alex, and I were married here, and two of our three
children were baptized here.  It feels like coming home. I graduated
from the College of Mount St. Joseph with a degree in Religious
Pastoral Ministry and Music Education.  I twice spent time
teaching at McAuley High School, and during my break from teaching,
I stayed at home raising my young children.  I've also spent time in
real estate.  Throughout this time, I've been actively involved with the
Junior and Senior High youth groups at St. Ignatius.  That experience
has been a message to me that God wanted me back in ministry.
I am truly looking forward to working with the young people here
at St. John Neumann.

Barry Reynolds

Pastoral Associate/Faith Formation

April 22, 2000 was my Easter Vigil.  I came to the Catholic faith though the example of my beautiful wife Amy.  The entire RCIA process, culminating with my reception of the Sacraments at the Easter Vigil, was a deeply life-changing experience.

From the beginning of my life in the Church, the years have been for me, in the prophetic words of Sr. Adria Connors, a time of preparation.  I continued to work as a Research & Development manager at Procter & Gamble, from which I retired in March 2018 after nearly 28 years of service.  In 2009, I received my MA in Pastoral Ministry from the Athenaeum of Ohio.  And I have served the parish of St. John Neumann in a variety of capacities, including:  RCIA Team, Liturgy of the Word with Children, Holy Week Master of Ceremonies, Pastoral Area Coordinating Committee, Eucharistic Minister, and Lector.

I have been married to the love of my life since April 6, 1991.  And I have two wonderful daughters.  I am truly thrilled to be a part of the staff serving the people of St. John Neumann.  Thanks be to God for His love and mercy for all of us!

My name is Steve Neiheisel. My love for liturgical music started as a member of the boy’s choir at Assumption Grade School in Mt. Healthy and it has continued.  The whole of Psalm 150 sums up my philosophy on music. “Praise him with the blast of trumpet….”

Dottie Foster
Education Assistant

Hello, my name is Dottie Foster and I have been working as Education Assistant since August, 2010. In my role, I support Faith Formation and all education efforts. So, that includes sacramental preparation, religious education for both children and for people preparing to enter the Catholic Faith. In addition, I support adult education and the Youth Ministry. I feel honored to be a staff member here and to be counted as a parishioner of St. John Neumann Parish.

I have been a member of St. John Neumann since 1991, when I moved to Fairfield from Wyoming, where I raised my three children, who have since given me seven grandchildren. Retired from The Procter & Gamble Company where I was an Internal Consultant and had responsibility for Human Resource Development, I continued to volunteer in several roles/organizations.

Most of my family still resides in New England, my first home. I love vacationing in New England and I also love coming home to my family and to Fairfield/Cincinnati, which has been home for over forty years.

My hope is that I can make a difference here, even in some small way.
